This NYU-area restaurant serves up health-conscious but hearty and satisfying food. It’s a favorite among NYU students and Greenwich Village locals for grabbing a healthy lunch or dinner. Eva’s serves a wide variety of dishes, from Mediterranean specialties, salads and smoothies to healthy sandwiches, wraps and Protein Plates.
