From start to finish what would be your ideal food day?

Breakfast – English Breakfast fry up with Cumberland sausages! I’d replace blood pudding with Birdseye potato waffles.

Lunch – Spanish Tapas and Paella

Dinner – Dim Sum

How do you practice beauty from the inside out?

I don’t eat wheat, dairy or refined sugar (occasional Ferrero Rocher slip ups!) Lots of vegetables, especially in a morning smoothie, and lots of water and workouts.

What are your morning and nightly beauty routines?

Before bed – Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanser with muslin cloth, and BeBareFaced Night Serum with vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid.

What were you always insecure about growing up, and how did you overcome it?

I had body hair from a really young age. Thank God for laser!

How do you always start your day?

A bit of intermittent fasting, a cuddle from baby, work emails and then workout.

What movie had the biggest effect on you and why?

2046 by Wong Kar-Wai

The aesthetic inspired most things that I do and the subject matter gave me an inner peace about relationships.

What album had the biggest effect on you and why?

Arrested Development –  3 Years, 5 months and 2 days in the life of…

I was in my teens when it came out, and it confirmed all my thoughts about integration and equality with race and gender.

Who would you like to collaborate with that you haven’t yet?

Andre 3000

What’s the worst advice you’ve ever received? The best?

The worst advice was to make music that sounded like other artists.

My best advice was that life goes on!

Is there an issue right now you’re most passionate about? What is it and why?

Climate Change. Despite the fact that I fear the lack of democracy in the Western world, I fear mother nature will flick us off imminently and I don’t blame her!

If you could host a dinner party with any five people living or dead, who would be there and why?

Etta James, Greta Thunberg, David Attenborough, Barack Obama and Mae West

If you could put a quote on a tee shirt to sum up your current mood and mode, what would it be?

Stop Staring, I have social anxiety.
