Spiced Pear Mulled Wine


4 cups Pear Juice

1 bottle Red Wine

2 tablespoons Maple Syrup

2 tablespoons Honey

3 Cinnamon Sticks

2 Whole Cloves

2 Star Anise Pods

1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger

1 Orange, cut into slices

1 Pear, sliced, for garnish


Combine pear juice, red wine, maple syrup, honey, and spices in a sauce pot. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer on low for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add orange slices. Let steep for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with orange slices and pear slices.
