How To Make An Iced Bulletproof Latte

It’s A Healthier Way To Caffeinate

We all turn to caffeine for it’s quick boost of energy, but we know that it can hurt us if we have too much. The caffeine shakes are very real and can leave us feeling depleted, which is the last thing we want on a busy work day. Trust us, no one wants a coffee hangover. That’s where the bulletproof latte comes into play. Unlike your traditional latte, it isn’t packed with sugar and can actually help you lose weight.

See what Dr. Mark Hyman, author of Eat Fat, Get Thinand TNP contributor has to say about this miracle drink then read below for his stellar recipe; trust us – you’ll never look at coffee the same way again.

“I like to add fat to my coffee. Once people taste the creamy, frothy goodness of fat blended with coffee, they don’t miss milk at all. Bulletproof Coffee which blends MCT oil and a bit of  grass-fed butter or ghee with high-quality, organic coffee. If you are a vegan, try adding 1 tablespoon of cashew butter for the creamy texture. This delicious beverage keeps me satiated for hours, cuts cravings and keeps my brain extremely sharp. You can also drink this before exercise for steady energy levels without coffee’s crash.”

  • 2 cups of hot coffee (regular or decaf), ideally fresh brewed with organic beans
  • 2 tablespoons of grass-fed butter or ghee
  • 2 tablespoons of organic coconut oil or 2 Tablespoons of MCT oil
  • ½ teaspoon of organic cinnamon (optional) or 1 teaspoon of organic cocoa powder for a mocha

Directions: Blend until creamy. Serve over 1/4 cup ice for a iced latte or blend for a cold afternoon treat!

Every morning, 4 to 6 ounces of pure organic full fat whipping cream from TJ’s to 24 ounces of hand ground organic french roast. Dairy fat (saturated) 4 grams per 1 ounce serving (20% rda) without sugar.

I use coconut manna instead of butter though I am not vegan. Very creamy and taste better than butter. Also I add organic ground vanilla and cinnamon. Love Kimera Koffee.

This is not anything informative. If you already know how to make BPC all you have to do is add ice to it. I thought I was gonna learn something new.
