This Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Burger is super simple and flexible for any palate. Try it with your favorite toppings or experiment with some new ones! Serve your burger atop a bed of greens, or wrap it in a leaf of lettuce or a gluten-free tortilla.



1 lb grass-fed ground beef

1 Tbsp fresh rosemary

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Toppings (your choice!)



Pineapple ring

Mashed sweet potatoes

Caramelized onions

Cucumber slices

Mustard made with apple cider vinegar


1. Grill burger to desired doneness.

2. Add desired condiments and enjoy!
