- 1/2 can coconut milk
- 1 banana frozen
- 1 Tbsp Great Lakes Collagen Hydrolysate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or 1 two-inch piece of vanilla bean
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- 1 pinch sea salt
- ice and/or water to desired consistency
In a high-speed blender, blend coconut milk, frozen banana, collagen, vanilla, spices and salt.
Add ice and/or water to desired consistency.
