As we found out last week, the amount of sugar in a Pumpkin Spice Latte is shocking; it has more added sugar than your daily recommended allowance. Not to be a total buzzkill, but most of the things you like to drink in the fall – chai lattes, spiked cider, bourbon cocktails – are packed with sugar.
Thirty-eight grams in our hot chocolate, 55 in a milkshake…that’s the equivalent of 14 packets of sugar.
