The second fall fruits hit the market, we want to hunker down at home and eat sweet desserts. It’s the PSL-craziness; we want every pie flavor we can get our hands on – pumpkin, apple, pecan, plum. The change in seasons also makes us wants to jump-start our commitment to eating healthier, or at least trying to make more health-conscious decisions. How do we reconcile those two urges?
