For us, stretching is not only a way to lengthen and heal, but it’s also a way for us to meditate and relax. There’s no better way to start the day than with even just a few stretches, which is why we’ve given you a guide above to all the parts of the body and how to stretch them. What else is there to do on a holiday weekend? (besides eat and drink, obviously).
