Pilates guru Heather Andersen really knows her stuff when it comes to stretching. After all, she’s already provided us great advice for stretching while on a road trip, stretching to achieve those desirable “crop top abs” and stretching in order to get a beach and bikini ready booty.

Thus far all of Heather’s teachings have helped with external parts of the body, though this week she has provided us with some stretches that will help both externally and internally as well.
