The Ultimate 3-Day Cleanse

This is a slimming, metabolism boosting beach body summer cleanse for easy detox, flat belly, weight loss and radiant skin. 

It is one of my favorite cleanses packed with dandelions, chia seeds, celery root, lemon, ginger and apple cider vinegar, the ultimate powerhouse of the six most important detoxifying and nourishing plants, herbs and shots.

Day 1

Breakfast:

Warm Lemon Water

Energizing green juice prepared in a juicer:

  • 2 red apples
  • 4 celery sticks
  • 4 large leaves of Kale
  • 3 large leaves of Swiss Chard
  • 1/6 cup of freshly squeezed ginger shot

2 -4 Catalyst Gold superfood capsules

Lemon water throughout the day

Lunch:

Skinny Charoset

  • 2 red apples shredded with a mandolin slicer
  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup of raw oats
  • 1 table spoon of almond or walnut meal
  • Mix the ingredients together and let it sit for 10 minutes

An hour after lunch,-2-4 Catalyst Gold superfood Capsules. 

Afternoon snack:

4 celery sticks

A shot of Apple Cider Vinegar

Lemon water throughout the day

Dinner:

Superfood salad

  • A bowl of fresh organic arugula or spinach
  • 1-2 table spoons of olive oil
  • 1/5 cup hemp seeds
  • 2 heirloom tomatoes
  • 1/5 cup fresh dill
  • ½ avocado
  • A pinch of Pink Salt
  • A pinch of Cayenne Pepper

Dandelion root tea before bed.

Day 2

Breakfast:

Warm Lemon Water

Beautifying red juice prepared in a juicer:

  • Large cup of spinach
  • 3 beets
  • 4 celery sticks
  • 1 red apple
  • 3 leaves of kale
  • 6 leaves of dandelion greens
  • 1/6 cup of freshly squeezed ginger shot

2-4 Catalyst Gold capsules.

Lemon water throughout the day.

Lunch:

Zucchini Pesto “Pasta”:

  • 2 medium – large zucchinis spiralized
  • 1/5 cup hemp seeds
  • Pine nut pesto sauce (2 cups of basil, 1/3 cup pine nuts soaked overnight, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon, a pinch of nutritional yeast and pink salt mixed in a food processor)

An hour after lunch, 2-4 Catalyst Gold superfood Capsules.

Afternoon snack:

4 Celery Sticks

A shot of apple cider vinegar

Lemon water throughout the day

Dinner:

Nourishing green smoothie:

1 large cup of frozen blackberries or blueberries

1 table spoon of almond, walnut or cashew butter

3 leaves of kale

1-2 cups of carrageen free organic nut or seed based milk or organic coconut water

2-3 table spoon chia seeds

½  table spoon of Manuka honey

Pinch of cinnamon

Blend the ingredients together in a blender or vitamix

Dandelion root tea before bed.

Day 3

Breakfast:

Warm Lemon Water

Detoxifying green juice prepared in a juicer

  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 3 leaves of kale
  • 1 pear
  • 1 leaf of Swiss chard
  • 1/5 cup of fennel
  • 4 celery sticks
  • 1/6 cup of freshly squeezed ginger shot

2-4 Catalyst Gold superfood Capsules

Lemon water throughout the day

Lunch:

Superfood Guac with 4-10 celery sticks

1 avocado mashed

½ teaspoon of spirulina

2 tablespoon hemp seeds

2 large tomatos cut

1 table spoon of olive oil

½ cup fresh basil cut

Pinch of pink salt

(Cut and mix all the ingredients together to obtain a guacamole texture)

An hour after lunch-2-4 Catalyst Gold superfood Capsules

Afternoon snack:

A handful (5-10pc) of raw almonds, macadamia nuts or brazil nuts. (In case of nut allergy a half cup of sprouted pumpkin seeds.)

A shot of apple cider vinegar

Lemon water throughout the day

Dinner:

5-10 pieces of flaxseed chips

A half sliced fresh watermelon

Dandelion root tea before bed.
