Maybe we’ve been influenced by the ever-so-dominant Mason Jar (I mean, you can use that thing for everything), but for some reason we tend to believe that if something has the Brooklyn stamp of approval, it is immediately more authentic. Japanese food in Brooklyn is totally the next best thing than going to Tokyo. Neapolitan pizza in Brooklyn might just be the way to go if you can’t get to Naples. We know, it doesn’t necessarily always make sense, but it’s just one of those associations we have.
Last week we shared the best BBQ spots in NYC and while those locations are obviously awesome, we’ve found 15 equally, if not more delicious barbecue spots in the Brooklyn. As we said last week, you definitely do not have to go to Texas to experience amazing barbecue and Brooklyn is a great spot to find some of the best in the tri-state area. If you haven’t yet been to Fette Sau, do yourself a favor and order their ribs immediately! Believe us, the line you’ll have to wait in when you arrive is definitely worth it.
