With July 4th around the corner, we’re again wondering how to stay healthy while traveling. Because let’s face it, staying healthy while traveling is no easy feat. While on vacation we are constantly tempted to break from our usual healthy norms — We justify having ten desserts after dinner, cocktails with lunch, (and maybe breakfast) because on holidays we should be able to treat ourselves.

Ironically, travel is actually a time when consuming healthy, wholesome foods is key, because we often need the most energy and we’re more susceptible to colds when we’re jet-setting here and there. Thankfully Mikaela Reuben, our go-to nutritionist, gave us 6 over-the-counter supplements that are easy to tote while traveling.
