1.5oz Pickled Pineapple Purée (fresh pineapple, agave, sherry vinegar, fennel seeds, thyme, dill, anise, pink peppercorns, black peppercorns, caraway

1oz Cocchi Americano

0.75oz Coconut Milk

0.75oz Saler’s

Hawaiian Black Lava Salt


Shake with ice. Strain into coup glass. Garnish with Hawaiian Black Lava Salt

1.75oz Orleans Herbal

0.75oz Velvet Falernum

0.5oz Lime Juice


Shake with ice. Strain into highball glass. Top with ice. Garnish with fresh basil leaf.

Mint Condition: healthy take on an Apple Martini. 



2oz Fresh Green Apple Juice

1oz Sake

1oz Dolin Dry Vermouth

1oz Fino Sherry

5 leaves Fresh Mint

1 pinch Kosher Salt


Muddle mint leaves with apple juice. Add additional ingredients. Stir with ice. Strain into coupe. Garnish with 2 mint leaves.
