Breakfast Smoothie with Oats

Ingredients:

¾ cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk

¼ cup coconut water

1 handful spinach

¼ cup gluten-free oats

1 banana, frozen

1 tbsp. raw almond butter

1 date

1 tbsp. hemp seeds

Directions:

Blend until smooth, adding more coconut milk or coconut water for thinner consistency.
