If summer had a signature scent, wouldn’t it be basil? It’s our most-used herb in the kitchen. Yes, us potatoheads went there; we’re playing favorites. Sorry cilantro and thyme, we love you too, but you just can’t compare to basil‘s refreshing herbal flavor bomb when it comes to spring.
