Bloody Mary

Makes 4 servings


4 tomatillos

4 green tomatoes

4oz of pickle juice

1 stick of horseradish

2 cloves of garlic

2 small cucumbers

2 celery sticks

2 sprigs of Thai basil

2 sprigs of Cilantro

1-2 jalapeños depending on how spicy you like your Mary

Cayenne pepper


Black pepper


Blend all ingredients in a blender, add the spices depending on how spicy and salty you like your drink. Pour over ice, top with tequila or vodka, shake. Garnish with blood orange wheel, celery, any pickles.
