Ingredients:
4 large beefsteak tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 cucumber
½ red onion
¼ cup fresh cilantro
¼ cup fresh parsley
2 large cloves garlic
½ freshly squeezed lime
1 freshly squeezed lemon
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Directions:
Blend everything in a food processor with the “S” blade. Pulse blend leaving slightly chunky or smooth, whichever you prefer.
