Ingredients:
4 cups filtered water
1 bunch spinach, chopped
½ bunch basil (about 2 cups loosely packed)
¼ small red onion
1 medium cucumber
1 medium tomato
2 celery stalks
¼ cup pine nuts
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. sea salt
Pinch of cayenne (optional)
Directions:
Blend at high speed to desired consistency.
