Ahhh, like sands through the hourglass, so are the trends of our food. Not too long ago we were obsessed with putting an egg on everything. Then came our fascination with avocado toast (and just toast in general for that matter). The world had its moment with Matcha (well, it’s still having its moment), and once we got over the infamous cronut craze, we set our eyes and stomachs on kouign-amann, and haven’t looked back. Now, one of the latest food trends is making meals in bowls, and we’re all about it.
