It’s no secret that most of us spend a good portion of our day hunched over our computers. Studies show on average we spend upwards of seven hours sitting each day, and since not all of us are dancers, our posture could probably use some work. However, continuously reminding ourselves to straighten our spine, drop our shoulders, and sit up tall can be hard. It can also seem bewildering to the person in the cubicle next to us.
