Ingredients:
gluten-free sourdough (such as Bread SRSLY)
Mozzarella
Blackberries
Pesto
Directions:
Spread pesto on a slice of bread.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Smash a few blackberries on top.
Place in toaster until desired crispiness.
