When we’re sore from sitting too much (after all, sitting is the new smoking), or we just want to get in better shape, we always turn to yoga. It’s our favorite way to tone and tighten, and we can easily squeeze some poses in during the middle of a hectic day (and we don’t have to rush to the gym to do it). Warrior 2 by the water cooler, anyone? Yoga Girl Rachel Brathen showed us some simple poses to shape up our limbs and strengthen our core, and just doing a few reps of each for a few days is enough to start seeing (and feeling) results.
