A Full Body Summer Workout

When we’re sore from sitting too much (after all, sitting is the new smoking), or we just want to get in better shape, we¬†always¬†turn to yoga. It’s our favorite way to tone and tighten, and we can easily squeeze some poses in during the middle of a hectic day (and we don’t have to rush to the gym to do it). Warrior 2 by the water cooler, anyone? Yoga Girl Rachel Brathen showed us some simple poses to shape up our limbs and strengthen our core, and just doing a few reps of each for a few days is enough to start seeing (and feeling) results.
