7 Snacks to Stabilize Blood Sugar

We’re snackers here at The New Potato and we aren’t afraid to say it. What would life be without a 4pm crunch on something noteworthy? However, all too often we find ourselves in meetings or on the go where the only options available are unhealthy, sugar-filled ones (why does that always seem to be the stuff ‘lying around’).
