Gem Salad with Artichoke Hearts and Parmesan

Ingredients:

1 box Gem Lettuce, rinsed and dried.

1 cup Artichoke Hearts, quartered

3/4 cup Edamame

1/3 cup Parmesan, shredded

Lemon Juice, to taste

Olive Oil, to taste

Sea salt, to taste

Cracked Black Pepper, to taste

Directions: 

Tear the gem lettuce into bite size pieces. Toss with artichoke hearts, edamame, and parmesan. To serve drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Garnish with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
