Smoky Chipotle White Bean Dip


1 15-ounce can White Northern Beans, rinsed

2 cloves Garlic

2 tablespoons fresh Lime Juice

1 Chipotle Chile in Adobo Sauce, seeded, plus 1 teaspoon Adobo Sauce

1 teaspoon Cumin

½ teaspoon Kosher Salt

1/3 cup Avocado Oil

2 tablespoons Cilantro, roughly chopped, for garnish


In a food processor combine all ingredients except avocado oil and cilantro. Pulse until combined. While running the food processor, add the avocado oil. Blend the dip until completely smooth. Garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve with pita chips and assorted vegetables.
