Ingredients:
1 cup Cashew Milk
1 cup Blood Orange Segments
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon Honey (optional)
5 tablespoons Chia Seeds
Pumpkin Seeds, for garnish
Hemp Hearts, for garnish
Directions:
In a blender, combine cashew milk, 1/2 cup blood orange segments, vanilla extract, and honey. Blend until completely smooth. Pour into a large jar with the chia seeds. Seal the jar tightly with a lid and shake vigorously. Let sit over night. When ready to serve, spoon desired amount into a bowl and top with blood orange segments, pumpkin seeds, and hemp hearts.
