So it’s officially 2016, and your ears are ringing with resolutions of the healthy persuasion. While we do encourage balance when it comes to the goals you’re making for the new year, we’re also here to help you achieve them! Below are five juice recipes to incorporate into your regimen for the month of January, we know you promised yourself it would be a detoxifying one…
Pineapple Cucumber Green Juice
Ingredients:
2/3 cup Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
1/3 cup Cucumber Juice
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 cup Spinach
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a glass. Stir well to mix. Add ice for a refreshing effect.
Cherry Mint and Beet Juice
Ingredients:
2 Medium Beets, trimmed and rinsed
1/4 cup Sweet Cherries, rinsed and pitted
1/2 Granny Smith Apple, seeds removed
2-3 Fresh Mint Leaves
Directions:
Juice all ingredients according to your juicers instructions.
Bloat Buster

Makes 2 Servings (16 to 20 Ounces)
Ingredients:
6 leaves dandelion greens
1 large cucumber
2 large leaves Swiss chard
1/8 cup parsley, leaves and stems, tightly packed
2 cups honeydew melon cubes
Directions:
1. Wash and prep all ingredients.
2. Juice all ingredients.
Fennel Pear and Apple Juice
Ingredients:
1 Fennel Bulb, washed and trimmed
1 Pear, washed
1/2 Granny Smith Apple, washed
1/4 Cucumber, washed
1/2 Lemon, peeled
Directions:
Juice all ingredients according to your juicer’s instructions.
Carrot Ginger Juice
Ingredients:
5 Large Carrots, washed and trimmed
1/2 inch piece Ginger, peeled
1/4 cup Orange Juice
Directions:
Juice carrot and ginger according to your juicer’s instructions. Stir in orange juice.
