Avocado Key Lime Pie



1 cup Almond Meal

1/2 cup Dates, pitted

1/4 Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

1 tablespoon Coconut Oil


2 Avocados

2 tablespoons Greek Yogurt

1/4 cup Lime Juice

2 teaspoons Lime Zest

1/4 cup Honey

1 tablespoon Coconut Oil


In a food processor, combine the almond meal, dates, coconut flakes, and coconut oil. Pulse until a stick dough forms. Press the dough into the mini pie pans and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, clean out the food processor and make the filling. In the food processor, blend all ingredients for the filling until smooth. Pour into the pie shells. Refrigerate until ready to serve, at least 30 minutes.
