Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail
Ingredients:
– Your Favorite Champagne
– Pomegranate Juice
– Pomegranate Seeds
– Lemon Juice, plus rind for garnish
Directions:
In each champagne glass, drop 4-5 pomegranate seeds along with 1/2 fl oz of pomegranate juice and a squirt of lemon juice. Garnish with a lemon twist. When ready to serve, pour in the champagne.
The Royal King
From The King’s Ginger Liqueur
Ingredients:
1 oz The King’s Ginger Liqueur
4 oz Champagne
Directions:
Pour a generous measure of The King’s Ginger into a flute. Add chilled Champagne to taste.

Raspberry Rosemary Champagne Cocktail
Ingredients:
– 1 bottle Champagne
– 4 oz. Raspberry Liqueur
– Fresh Raspberries
– Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
Directions:
In the bottom of each glass muddle fresh strawberries with raspberry liqueur. Pour in champagne and garnish with rosemary sprigs.
French 75
Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces Gin
3 ounces Champagne, chilled
1 tablespoon fresh Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Agave
Lemon Peel, for garnish
Directions:
Mix together the gin, lemon juice, and agave. Pour into a chilled champagne glass. Top with champagne and garnish with lemon peel to serve.
Blackberry Champagne Punch
Ingredients:
4 1/2 ounces Champagne, chilled
1 ounce St. Germain Liqueur
1 teaspoon Simple Syrup
1 -2 Blackberries, plus more for garnish
Directions:
In the bottom of a champagne glass, muddle the blackberries, simple syrup, and St. Germain Liqueur. Top with champagne and garnish with an additional blackberry.
