3 Ways to Lose Weight

If you’re entering this Post-Thanksgiving week with that panicked feeling that you want to quickly ‘shed a few,’ realize that you are not alone. Many of us are trying to find quick and easy ways to shed just a bit of that stuffing-and-turkey layer this week, or as Ross Gellar calls it: “Holiday weight.” The Today Show’s Joy Bauer gave us three fast tips that you can apply to whatever your regimen is this week.
