We’re fans of all things ‘Beauty From The Inside Out’ here at The New Potato, so when The Today Show’s nutritional expert Joy Bauer offered to give us six foods for glowing skin, we really couldn’t resist. Because beauty is about more than what you apply each day and night, it’s also about what you consume. What you put inside your body affects your skin’s appearance both positively and negatively, and in most cases (on good weeks) we like our foods’ effects to be good ones.
