Ingredients:
1 large head of butter lettuce
½ cucumber, sliced
1 pomegranate, seeded or 1/3 cup seeds
1 avocado, cubed
¼ cup shelled pistachios, chopped
Dressing Ingredients:
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
Directions:
Hand tear the butter lettuce into a salad bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and toss with the salad dressing
