3 Large Eggs
1 1/4 sticks Butter, unsalted, melted
3/4 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 cup Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons All Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an 8×8 baking dish.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the eggs on medium speed. Add the sugars, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Beat until combined. Add the remaining ingredients and mix on medium speed until just combined. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish.
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Serve with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce.
