Wintery Mulled Wine with Apple Cider and Brandy


1 bottle Red Wine

3 cups Apple Cider

2 tablespoons Agave Nectar

3 whole Cinnamon Sticks

1 teaspoon ground Ginger

1 teaspoon ground Cardamom

1/2 teaspoon ground Allspice

1/4 cup Brandy

1 Honey Crisp Apple, cut into wedges


Combine red wine, apple cider, agave, and spices in a small sauce pot. Bring to a gentle simmer. Simmer on low heat for 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in brandy and apple wedges. Let steep for 10 minutes before serving
