Honey-Blackberry Mulled Wine


1 bottle Red Wine

2 cups Orange Juice

3 whole Cinnamon Sticks

1 whole Clove

1 Star Anise Pod

3 1/2 tablespoons Honey

2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

1/3 cup Blackberries, plus more for garnish

Lemon Slices, for garnish


Combine red wine, orange juice, blackberries, honey, lemon juice, and spices in a small sauce pot. Bring to a gentle simmer. Simmer on low for 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes. Garnish with blackberries and lemon slices.
