Serves: 2 prep time: 10 minutes
You will need:
For the green layer
3 leaves kale
1 frozen pear, core removed
1 cup coconut water
Juice of lime
For the pink layer
1/2 cup strawberries
1 cup coconut water
1 tablespoon oats or teaspoon chia
For the white layer
1 cup coconut milk
½ tsp. vanilla bean paste
2 teaspoons maple syrup
Juice of 1/2 lime
Coconut flakes (for garnish)
Let’s make it:
Blend layers separately. Pour into jar by pouring mixture over back of spoon pressed up against the side of the jar. Rotating around each side of jar for even layers. Garnish with coconut flakes.
