What should be for breakfast today? Or any day for that matter? Smoothie bowls are always a good way to go. With cherries as a favorite fruit of ours (as well as being a great source of antioxidants) we thought there was no better fruit to inspire our Sunday smoothie bowl. Here’s how to make this easy go-to breakfast…
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh or frozen Cherries
1 Banana, frozen, cut into pieces
1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup Almond Milk
1 teaspoon Agave Syrup
1 teaspoon Flax Seeds
Toppings
Fresh fruit, sliced
Unsweetened Coconut
Hemp Hearts
Pumpkin Seeds
Directions:
Blend all base ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings.
