Australian coffee shops are having a bit of a moment in New York City, and Toby’s Estate is a big part of the recent invasion of quaint and hip spots to get a cup of joe. The small triangular space is flooded with natural light, and features a tall communal table, a cozy corner with a couch and a long counter by the window. In addition to pretty pastries and latte art, sleek white walls and natural wood make this place extra Instagram worthy. For the coffee fanatics out there, this particular location is the first to feature a “Brew Parlor,” where one can take classes on¬†various brewing techniques and learn how to make¬†coffee art.
