5 Healthy Milkshake Recipes

The vanilla milkshake, the chocolate milkshake, even the strawberry one…they’re all timeless classics that never get old. That’s why we’ve created 5 healthy versions of your favorite childhood milkshakes. Not only are we feeling nostalgic, but why have them as a splurge when you can have them for breakfast on a weekday?

Orange Cream Float

Ingredients:

3/4 cup Orange Sorbet, no sugar added

1 ounce fresh Orange Juice

6 ounces Orange Flavored Sparkling Water

Directions:

Scoop sorbet into a chilled glass. Pour the fresh orange juice and sparkling water over the sorbet.

Strawberry Shake

Ingredients:

1 cup Frozen Strawberries

1/4 cup fresh Strawberries, sliced

1 cup Greek Plain Yogurt

1/2 cup Almond Milk

2 teaspoons Hemp Hearts

1 teaspoon Agave

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream, cherries, and ice cream cone crumbles (optional).

Chocolate Milkshake

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon Cacao Nibs

1 tablespoon Almond Butter

1 Banana frozen

1 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup Chocolate Flavored Coconut Water

1 tablespoon Dark Chocolate Syrup

Directions:

Combine first 5 ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Drizzle the dark chocolate syrup on the inside of a chilled glass. Pour in milkshake mixture. Top with whipped cream, cherries, and dark chocolate chunks (optional).

Vanilla Milkshakes

Ingredients:

1 cup Greek Yogurt, Vanilla Flavor

1 cup Almond Milk

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1 tablespoon Hemp Hearts

1 teaspoon Agave Nectar

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream, cherries, and ice cream cone crumbles (optional).

Cookies and Cream Milkshakes

1/4 cup crushed Dark Chocolate Biscuit Cookies

1 cup Greek Yogurt Plain

1/2 cup Almond Milk

1 teaspoon Honey

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream, cherries, and crushed dark chocolate cookies (optional).
