Remember Mikaela Reuben’s unbelievable smoothie cleanse? Well it’s not too late to do it, nor is it too late to just make a smoothie from it. This green ginger smoothie is the perfect weekday summer go-to and Reuben’s made it quick and easy.
Ingredients:
1 cup Spinach
½ cup Kale
1 tbsp Lime Juice
1 inch Ginger, peeled & roughly chopped
4 inches English Cucumber
1/2 Green Apple
1 tbsp Chia
½ cup Water
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
