Michelada

Smile, it’s Michelada season. Seriously, it’s a cocktail you’ve probably heard about a zillion times this summer and – while you may not know what it is – you’ve been hearing rave reviews whenever someone orders it. Either work up the courage to order it yourself, or here’s how to make it easily at home…

Ingredients:

4 ounces Clamato Juice, cold

5 ounces Mexican Beer, cold

2 tablespoons fresh Lime Juice

1 teaspoon Chipotle Hot Sauce

1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 teaspoon Celery Salt

Chili Salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except for the chili salt together. Stir well and pour over ice in glasses rimmed with chili salt.
