How to Boil Lobster
Step 1: Bring a large pot of very salty water to a boil.
Step 2: When the water is boil, add the lobsters head first into the water. When the water comes back to a boil, time the cooking.

1.5 Pound Lobster: 14-18 minutes
2 Pound Lobster or bigger: 20-25 minutes
Step 3: Remove lobsters from the pot, cool slightly before eating.
How to Grill Lobster
Step 1: Split the lobster tails lengthwise down the middle.
Step 2: Brush with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Sprinkle with Kosher Salt and Smoked Paprika.
Step 3: Place lobster tails on a medium-high heat grill with the meat facing up. Close the grill, cook for 8-9 minutes until the shells have turned bright red and the meat is white and opaque. Serve with lemon wedges.
