The Easy Smoothie, Juice & Bowl

We know it sounds crazy, but what if we told you we found a certain magic on-the-go powder that – if you just sprinkle it on anything – will make it better? No, we’re not talking about hallucinogens of any kind, but rather berry, chocolate and green powders from the health gurus over at ALOHA, a wellness brand that creates products perfect for facilitating a healthy lifestyle.

In order to give you as many healthy recipe options for summer as possible, we created three different concoctions from their ingredients: A juice from ALOHA’s Daily Good Original Greens Powder, a smoothie from the Daily Good Greens Chocolate Blend and a smoothie bowl from the Daily Good Greens Berry Blend and ALOHA Superfood Chocolate.

Aloha Green Juice

Ingredients:

2/3 cup Unsweetened Pineapple Juice

1/3 cup Cucumber Juice

1 teaspoon Lemon Juice

1 packet ALOHA Daily Good Original Greens

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a glass. Stir well to mix. Add ice for a refreshing effect. Drink Immediately. 

Aloha Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

1 Banana, Frozen

1/3 cup Greek Yogurt

1 packet ALOHA Daily Good Berry Blend

1 teaspoon Buckwheat Groats

1/2 teaspoon Chia Seeds

1/4 teaspoon Hemp Seeds

ALOHA Superfood Chocolate Bar

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds, for garnish

Coconut Flakes, for garnish

Berries, for garnish

Directions:

In a blender, combine frozen banana, greek yogurt, and Aloha Daily Good Berry Blend. Blend for 45 seconds until completely combined. Pour into a bowl. Garnish with unsweetened coconut flakes, buckwheat groats, chia seeds, hemps seeds, and berries.  Grate a little bit of Aloha Superfood Chocolate Bar on top to finish.

Aloha Chocolate Nut Butter Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

1 packet ALOHA Daily Good Greens Chocolate Blend

2 tablespoons Nut Butter (Almond, Peanut, or Cashew)

1 Date, pit removed

1 scoop Whey Protein Powder

1 cup Almond Milk

1/4 cup Ice

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except ice in a blender.  Blend for 30 seconds to completely combine. Add ice and blend for 1 minute.  Pour into a glass and enjoy!
