Pineapple and Lime Infused Vodka
Ingredients:
4 cups Vodka (The higher quality the better)
1 1/2 cups Pineapple, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup Lime Slices
Directions:
In an air tight container, combine vodka, pineapple, and lime slices. Seal the container tightly with a lid. Refrigerate for a minimum of 3 days. Do not let the pineapple and lime slices infuse for more than 1 week. Remove the pineapple pieces and lime. Serve over ice with sparkling water.
Mint Infused Vodka
Ingredients:
4 cups Vodka (The higher quality the better)
4-6 Sprigs fresh Mint, lightly crushed
Directions:
In an air tight container, combine vodka and crushed mint. Seal the container tightly with a lid. Refrigerate for a minimum of 3 days. Do not let the mint infuse for more than 1 week. Remove mint. Serve over ice with sparkling water and a lemon wedge.
Watermelon Basil Infused Vodka
Ingredients:
4 cups Vodka (The higher quality the better)
1 1/2 cups Watermelon, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 sprigs fresh Basil, lightly crushed
Directions:
In an air tight container, combine vodka, watermelon, and crushed basil. Seal the container tightly with a lid. Refrigerate for a minimum of 3 days. Do not let the watermelon and basil infuse for more than 1 week. Remove watermelon and basil. Serve with sparkling water or Champagne for an easy Champagne Cocktail.
Grapefruit Infused Vodka
Ingredients:
4 cups Vodka (The higher quality the better)
1 ripe Grapefruit, sliced
Directions:
In an air tight container, combine vodka and grapefruit slices. Seal the container tightly with a lid. Refrigerate for a minimum of 3 days. Do not let the grapefruit infuse for more than 1 week. Remove grapefruit. Serve over ice with sparkling water and mint garnish.
*If you do not like the bitterness of grapefruit pith, cut away the skin before slicing.
Jalapeno Infused Vodka
Ingredients:
4 cups Vodka (The higher quality the better)
3 Jalapeno peppers, sliced
Directions:
In an air tight container, combine vodka and jalapeno slices. Seal the container tightly with a lid. Refrigerate for a minimum of 3 days. Do not let the jalapeno infuse for more than 1 week, the longer it sits the stronger it will be. Remove the jalapeno. Serve with mango juice for a Spicy Mango Cocktail.
*For less spice, remove the seeds from the Jalapeno peppers before slicing.
