Chimichurri Sauce


1 cup Cilantro

2/3 cup Parlsey

1/2 Jalapeno, seeded

2-3 Garlic Cloves

1 teaspoon Kosher Salt

1 tablespoon Dried Oregano

1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar

1/2 cup Olive Oil

Squeeze of Lemon Juice


Combine the herbs, jalapeno, garlic, oregano, and salt in a food processor. Blend  together well. Add red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and olive oil. Blend for 15 seconds. Goes great with grilled flank steak or chicken.
