2 ounces Dark Rum
2/3 cup Ginger Beer
2 teaspoons Lime Juice, plus wedge for Garnish
Candied Ginger, for garnish
Fill a glass with ice. Pour the rum over the ice, followed by the lime juice and ginger beer. Stir well. Garnish with lime wedge and candied ginger.
