2/3 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream, very cold
2 tablespoons Instant Espresso Powder
2 tablespoons Coffee Liqueur
In the base of a stand mixer, combine all ingredients. Using the whisk attachment, beat the ingredients until soft peaks form. At this stage, if you want to add any additional ingredients such as semi-sweet chocolate chips, fold them in gently. Spoon into a chilled loaf pan. Freeze overnight, or for at least 8 hours.
