Ingredients:
1 Banana, Frozen
1/3 cup Greek Yogurt
1 cup Mixed Berries, Frozen
1 teaspoon Buckwheat Groats
1/2 teaspoon Chia Seeds
1/4 teaspoon Hemp Seeds
1 teaspoon Cacao Nibs, for garnish
Toasted Pumpkin Seeds, for garnish
Coconut Flakes, for garnish
Berries, for garnish
Directions:
In a blender, combine frozen banana, greek yogurt, and frozen berries. Blend for 45 seconds until completely combined. Pour into a bowl. Garnish with buckwheat groats, chia seeds, hemps seeds, cacao nibs, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, and berries.
