The Black Hoof

Cuisine:Gastropub. Price: $$$. Location: .

House-made charcuterie boards are the star of the show at this gastropub, and often feature unusual surprises such as seal salami, horse sausage and pig ears. After you’ve cleaned up your farm on a plate, opt for some bone marrow, foie and pork liver parfait, or pigs blood pappardelle. If that’s not adventurous enough for you, go for the foie and pancakes, fried sweetbreads, or deep-fried tripe. Yeah, this place ain’t for the faint hearted.
